Reduction in reporting time
The Problem
"Memory isn't evidence"
Most teams start with a shared spreadsheet that quickly spirals into seventeen spreadsheets, four inboxes, and a WhatsApp group. When a programme manager leaves, the institutional memory leaves with them.
We treat programme management as infrastructure. Every journey is mapped, evidenced, and documented so your team isn’t dependent on one person’s memory.

How we work
Process
Clear milestones, constant communication, and zero hand-waving.
Diagnose
We map your current programme, identify where evidence breaks down, and define what “proof” needs to look like for your funders and auditors.
Design
We document every stage of the journey and determine what data, documents and systems need to connect. No surprises down the road.
Build + Test
We configure the platform incrementally against a real cohort, testing at every stage. You see progress weekly.
Launch + Support
Go live with your programme. We monitor, support your first reporting cycle, and adjust based on what you actually need.

FAQ
Key questions
Everything you need to know.
How is EMS different from an LMS or project management tool?
An LMS measures course completion. Project software tracks tasks. EMS is built specifically to manage entrepreneurship development — from recruitment through to impact reporting — with a methodology (SEAM) built in, not bolted on.
Do we need to change how we run our programme to use EMS?
No. EMS is designed around the journey most programmes already follow — recruitment, diagnostics, mentoring, compliance, reporting. It replaces the spreadsheets and disconnected tools, not your programme design.
Can EMS handle compliance and verification requirements (ESD, BBBEE, POPIA)?
Yes. Compliance documentation, agreements and verification evidence are captured as work happens, so audits become an export instead of a scramble. The platform is POPIA-aligned.
How long does it take to get a programme running in EMS?
Bring a real programme to a demo and we’ll walk it through the system live — recruitment to reporting. Most programmes can be structured in EMS within the demo itself.
Does EMS work for a small pilot as well as a national programme?
Yes — EMS runs a 15-entrepreneur pilot and a multi-region national programme with the same calm. Add programmes, partners and provinces without adding chaos.
What does "evidence" actually mean in your reporting?
Every claim traces back to a record — a milestone met, a document filed, a number verified against a baseline captured at intake. We don’t publish projections or “lives touched” multipliers; only what’s measured in the system.
